Services
NAIF Gravity provides digital technical services including software diagnostics, API and webhook troubleshooting, automation support, MCP and AI-agent compatibility work, and scoped engineering services.
Orders and scope
A paid engagement is limited to the scope, deliverable, price, and timing shown on the service page or accepted quote. Material scope changes may require a new quote.
Customer responsibilities
You must provide lawful, accurate, authorized inputs and must not submit secrets or data you are not authorized to share.
Delivery
Digital services are delivered electronically. Results depend on the information and authorized access supplied by the customer.
Payments and refunds
Payments use methods available for the customer region. Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy.
