Refund and Cancellation Policy

Before work begins
If a paid digital service has not started, you may request cancellation and a refund, subject to applicable payment processing limitations.
After work begins
Completed digital work is generally not refundable. If only part of the agreed scope has been performed, we will review the unused portion and any documented delivery issue.
Incorrect or duplicate charges
Duplicate or erroneous charges will be investigated and, when verified, refunded to the original payment method.

Email [email protected] with the order or quote reference and a brief explanation. Approved refunds are initiated through the original payment method.
